What at-home hair colors have a green base?

I was reading that to tone down brassiness in your hair you should select a color with a green base. What store bought brand would be good? And what color? My natural color is a dark ash blonde. Thanks!

All clairol and other box priducts usually have a green or blue base.
Wella has a violet neutral base, compatible with everything, just don’t pick up an ash color- use a neutral.

if your talking about toning down brassiness in your natural colour you dont wanna use a colour with a green undertone because ash colours have a green undertone already. you’ll just end up turning your hair green. but if you have a colour that has a reddy shade then go ahead and use a colour with a green undertone. . . any ashy colour has a green undertone so just read on the box what kind of colour it is

You’re right, a green base does tone done brassiness. Try a color that says ash in it, like Ash Brown.
