Is having a plain, boring and healthy (Lacto) Vegetarian diet good or bad?

I’m a lacto-vegetarian and I eat fairly healthy and I guess plainly too. I stopped drink sodas or anything of high caffeine a few weeks ago so now all I drink is water and crystal light which both have no caffeine.

I eat no junk foods, rarely any chips, never any candy (unless gum counts), no ice cream, no coffee.

The only things I eat for breakfast is either toast or pancakes, the toast with either honey and peanut butter or just jam. For lunch or dinner i’ll normally have either a sandwich, burrito, pastas or rarely a vegeburger, and usually a banana or two or other fruits throughout the day.

I never thought much of it, but is this bad? I enjoy not having caffeine and a lot of sugar. Before I use to have a minimum of 2 cans of soda per day, now I just drink water and crystal light.

will i be overdoing it if?

hey,
I’m a 18 years old girl, 5′4″, 135lbs. I’m looking to loose at least 20lbs within the next month or so. This is what I have been doing.. no sugars or lots of carbs. No soda, candy junkfood, rice, bread, pasta etc. I drink lots of water and gatorade which does make me feel full. I don’t starve myself or anything like that. Instead of eatting 3 large meals in one day I split it up into 6 small meals throughout the day, but if i do get hungry I always have a pack of sugarless gum handy. This is my exercise plan I do this every single day, I am jogging/running for at least 30-45 minutes twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. I do 25 regular crunches, 25 oblique crunches, and 25 bicycle manuever crunches. I do 15-20 minutes of squats and lunges. So do you think I’m overdoing it? also any ideas, suggestions etc. would greatly be appreciated. THANKS!

Selling Candy?

I make all kinds of chocolate suckers and candies. I was wondering do I need some sort of vending license to give my candies to gift stores or flower shops to sell for me.

Do I have a cavity under the filling?

I had my teeth filled last year and now I’m experiencing sensitivity on one of my teeth. Every time I chew gum for a long period of time, a certain tooth gets really sensitive. After I brush my teeth, it’s fine. I’m wondering if the dentist that did my fillings left a little spec of cavity in there. Or, if he didn’t, then what might be the problem?

The pain of the sensitivity only happens after I chew a piece of gum (or maybe candy too?) for a long period of time, then it’s fine after I brush my teeth. Could it be the sugar from the chewing gum? If not that, then what? I’m going to make an appointment tomorrow so I can get an X-ray done on my mouth. Until then, I’m looking for an answer. Any help is appreciated.
Why would it just be that tooth and no others though?
