i drink 2 of the moster brand energy drinks a day which probably is about 2 cups of sugar , is there a healthier way to satisfy my addiction
david , I’m sorry you don’t understand the question , please go to your local convenience store and look at the red bull , nest to it there is one that reads sugar free , there are many that don’t use sugar but vitamins and other stuff I don’t know , i am trying to see what is the best one to pick , thank you everybody for your answers

I’m pregnant and bought some sugarless gum on Friday. As f yesterday, I have chewed 9 out of 12 of the pieces. I chewed about 6 yesterday. I asked my husband if he wanted some, and he said no. I told him it was sugar-free and he said that it’s never sugar free, so I checked the back. It said 0g of sugar but 2g of sugar alcohol. This means I’ve consumed about 18g of sugar alcohol in less than 2 days.
