how can i make my gums and teeth stronger?

dentist said teeth maybe removed, yet i have no pain….on either gums and teeth….i would like to know what can stregthen my teeth. thank you.

okay. when i was little my doctor said that i could possibly have gingivitis. but i think that after a while it went away.
for a couple of days i’ve been feeling like my teeth are loose and they make this small noise( it sounds like when you sit on a plastic bottle). i was wondering what i could do to make them stop. feeling loose/making the noise. (but dont say “go to the dentist” because i want something to do mean while.)

btw. i have braces.
i’ve had my braces for my second year and lately they havent been tightening them so i dont think that’s the reason.

My kitten and her teeth?

I have a kitten who will be one year old on 9/1/08. She is a rescue and I’ve had her for 8 months. She is having serious dental issues already including gingivitis and a tooth that most likely needs to be pulled in the next few months. I don’t think I will be able to brush her teeth, but have found some CET treats along with some kind of “wipe” to use on her teeth. I am not sure what to feed her though. Right now she gets dry & canned food and doesn’t seem to have any problems. Thoughts?
Libby is on Science Diet dry for kittens and wet for kittens. I am changing her when her food runs out.
The vet isn’t ready to pull her teeth or even work on them entirely due to her being so young. He wants to see if the “home” dental thing will work firts.

How to stop chewing through custom made night guards?

I’ve worn night guards for about 10 years. I have TMJ and grind/clench my teeth at night. I’m able to control it during the day. Although, I seen to chew through my dentist made lower teeth night guards. I have tried hard ones, soft, etc.

My girl is 11 months old nearly but has no teeth but chews very well with her gums! Is she ok to eat chunks of meat (obviously not too big!). She eats everything else we eat.

Why do I always have a metallic taste in my mouth when I haven’t had much sleep the night before?

I always get that! When I sleep like 5 or 6 hours, no matter WHAT i eat in the morning, there always seems to be a weird metallic taste.. Like under my tongue? :/ do you know what I mean? :S… And no matter how many times i brush my teeth and use mouth wash and eat gum and stuff, It’s still there! It on does fade after a few hours, or when I forget about it. What is this?

cat dental problems?

so my cat’s gums have become red and on top of her teeth it’s white/gray. i took her to the vet’s in dec. to get her teeth cleaned bcus they were covered w/plaque and her gums were red. he cleaned them, gave me some antibiotics for her, and told me that in the future, she would need to have several teeth removed because they had lesions which would result in more plaque bulid up. everything went fine, gave her the antibiotics and her gums were healthy. i was planning to make an appointment to have her teeth removed, when last night, i noticed her gums are alot worse than before. what’s wrong w/her and could the vet remove her teeth and take care of her gums @ the same time?
i did this morning and no one’s answering…. i’m going to try again this afternoon

this started like about almost a week ago.. my gums started to get swollen and my teeth hurt sometimes. they bleed easily especially when i floss, and like this is gross but like water comes out of them and i have bad breath! i never had this problem in my life! i brush my teeth more then 3 times a day!
